"Love Me" is a piece I created to highlight the critical importance of self-love and mental health awareness, especially within the Black community. Growing up, seeking professional mental health support was often stigmatized and left unspoken, a taboo subject at family gatherings. This silence contributed to a deep-rooted stigma, making it essential to break these barriers and promote a culture where seeking help is not only accepted but encouraged.
